ANAMBRA 2025: APC Will Win The Governorship Election – Prof. Nwadike

From Marcel Duru Owerri

Professor Batos Nwadike has predicted that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will win the November 2025 governorship election in Anambra State. Speaking with Journalists at Ozuruigbo Leadership Center, Umueze Umuorlu Isu, Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State he said that Many, who are on the jolly ride without sparing a thought for the current dynamics ongoing in Anambra and Nigeria have concluded that All People’s Grand Alliance( APGA) will win the November Governorship election in Anambra state. He stated that overwhelming odds are stacked against APGA, and all the favourable dice favour All Progressive Congress ( APC). Yes, the APGA has been in power in Anambra since 2006 at the Governorship tier.

Adding that they have lost many of the various elections; Senate, House of Reps, Houses of Assembly except the guber seat. Since after, General Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu ( rtd), APGA has not made any other conscientious search for a Presidential, Candidate. Rather the party under several but no guises have supported any other president candidate of the ruling party at Abuja. They have formed the belittling ugly habit that supported Obasanjo, Umaru Yar’ Adua, Goodluck Jonathan, Mohammed Buhari, and now Bola Ahmed Tinubu.”The entire vision of APGA has been sacrificed on the unfortunate alter of opportunism of election victory. Peter Gregory Obi did it. Same for Willie Obiano and now Charles Soludo. Haha! Was the party founded only to win guber elections in Anambra?

“My bosom friend and ally Chief Tony Gray Okpe( Omenwanne) in a social media video that went viral some five years held the requiem mass of. APGA. He accused the party of lack of verve and cloak of corruption. Today the APC led by Chief Evangelist Nicholas Ukachukwu ( Ikukuoma) and his running mate Iyom Uche Ekwunife have come to sing the nunc dimitis of corrupt and sectional APGA and its ‘shine shine’ arrogant ivory tower government in Anambra. “Batos further disclosed that Ukachukwu and Ekwunife are not coming empty handed. They are coming with loftier visions. Ukachukwu is goodly schooled. he has a first degree in Economics/ management. Of course, Ekwunife is a banker. The APC candidate once ( 1999- 2003) represented Abuja municipal in the House of Reps at the National Assembly. He has contested with different political parties to the seat of Governor of Anambra.

Check the parties: Hope Democratic Party, People’s Democratic Party, APGA, Labour party, and now APC. He has also tried his hands in senatorial elections.”Ukachukwu’s running-mate Iyom Uche Ekwunife is a woman of steel. She is very popular in her Anambra Central Senatorial zone. Twice, she won elections to the House of Reps. Twice, she won to the Senate of that zone. A woman who found her onion in an area nearly dominated by men. In contesting for guber and Senate spanning through like five election seasons with massive political party structures and support groups/ volunteers, Ikukuoma is harmattan fire.” Interestingly, the APC guber candidate Anambra 2025, is, not coming to the Awka government House empty, handed. He brings a rich background of business imprimatur and repository of business wisdom. The man is a billionaire property mogul. He constructed the cynosure Abuja state of the art Prince and Princess estate round about twenty five years ago.

He is one of those who has made Abuja habitable by providing good shelter for residents and hotels for tourists. He did all these in his early thirties as a young trader/ business, man. He used his time as a member of the House of Reps, representing Abuja municipal to put pressure and made it possible that Abuja is the fine and clean city we have today in Africa. Then what do we say of empowering hundreds of young Igbo entrepreneurs who are clustering around him from season to season and year to year with business capital from one million to even providing houses for them as take off grants in life. Ukachukwu’s philanthropy and generousity are legendary. Not a few are testimonies in Lagos, Osuimenyi Anambra, Diaspora, and Nigeria highlighted that his love and commitment to good and qualitative education is some thing to write home about. Stressing that many years back, like fifteen years ago, Ukachukwu had single handedly built the ultra modern British/ Nigeria primary, and, secondary school in Abuja.

The standard is of United Kingdom level. To underscore his believe in qualitative education, he withdrew his children from overseas and registered them in the Abuja Nigeria/ British school. As a person and for the general public. Prince Ukachukwu is very close to his God. He is an international Christian preacher who holds crusades in many African countries and Europe. He has helped to build churches and men to the glory of God. “Ikukuoma” means good, sweet breeze! The good sweet breeze of change is blowing in Anambra and is heading towards November”
