Nigerian Constitution a scam, deceit – Dr Bisibi

From Marcel Duru Owerri

Constitutional expert based in United States of America Dr. Aaron Bisibi has said that Nigerian Constitution is a scam, deceit, and theoretical nonsense meant to put over two hundred million Nigerians in gulag of a defined tribal oligarchy Speaking with journalists at Rock View Hotel Okigwe Road Owerri, Imo State he revealed that these dubious political minded privileged Nigerians always presented chapter 2 of Nigerian Constitution which mandated government to provide health care, right for education, and provision of adequate shelter and other infrastructure to ever segment of this country. He however high lighted that there is a hidden clause in the same Constitution that cancels all those promises. It’s quietly hiding in Section 6(6)(c) which stated that”The courts shall not have power to decide whether the government has followed the Fundamental Objectives and Directive Principles of State Policy.”

According to him,the promises stated in Nigerian Constitution chapter 2 like provision of jobs, schools, hospitals and food and other infrastructure was voided in section 6(6)c of the same constitution, the law says you should keep quiet — because you can’t hold them legally responsible. That’s not a mistake. That’s rot — carefully written into the law by people who never planned to be held accountable. Bidibi therefore disclosed that as a result of this bad road, Millions of Children are out of school, Hospitals can not function and lecturers can go on strike for several months, no body can question them in any Court of competent jurisdiction.

“This is why Nigeria is in a stationary vehicle, in political primitivism and developmental stagnation “what an irony”Section 6(6)(c) is one of the most dangerous chapters in the Nigerian Constitution, which promised good things for the citizens, then used the section to give nothing Nigerian Citizen He however urged University lecturers, Political Scientists, political conscious groups, Concern Citizens and journalists to grab the personal idea called the Nigerian Constitution section “6(6)c”and study it to a myth so as to prevent the eventual disintegration of Nigeria.
