United Nigeria Airlines says it is proud to announce their official admission into the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Clearing House (ICH), marking a definitive step in its integration into the global aviation financial ecosystem. Effective for transactions originating from 1 February 2026, the airlines joins a prestigious global network of carriers utilizing the ICH for secure and efficient financial settlements. This milestone the management says enables United Nigeria Airlines to settle interline billings—including passenger and cargo transactions—through a secure and centralized global settlement system.This admission reinforces the airlines commitment to international best practices and operational transparency. While ICH membership facilitates seamless financial settlement between carriers, it serves as the foundation for its broader strategy to establish interline and codeshare partnerships. This development according to the airline is central to its mission of flying to unite, expand connectivity and provide its passengers with world-class service as the UNA grow its regional and international footprints.
