The fourty six kidnapped pupils and their teachers from Orire Primary schools in Ibadan, Oyo state have been freed by their abductors, nearly two months after the incident took place.Aside one of the teacher who was beheaded in the early days of this dastardly incident, other victims were all rescued alive.It is not clear whether any ransome was paid before they regained their freedom but what is clear was that, both Oyo state, and the federal government security personnel worked tirelessly throughout the period of their ordeal in the hands of the terrorists.
As at the time this report filtered in, the number of the terrorists, either killed or arrested was not clear, but in a viral video now circulating on the social media, one of the victims (a mother), was thanking the federal and state government for their interventions and also Nigerians for their prayers throughout the period of their trials while in the bush, in the hands of their abductors.
