D’Bio Wellness & Selfcare Summit 2026: Brings Stakeholders Together in Lagos.

D’Bio Wellness & Selfcare Hub is pleased to announce the 3rd Edition of the D’Bio Wellness & Selfcare Summit, scheduled to hold between 8&9 September, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Hotels, Ikeja, Lagos, with the theme:

“The Selfcare Ecosystem: Connecting the Pillars of Health.”

As one of Nigeria’s leading platforms for advancing Selfcare,wellness, preventive healthcare, and health promotion, the 2026 Summit will bring together policymakers, healthcare professionals, researchers, corporate organizations, wellness advocates, students, innovators, civil society organizations, and community leaders to explore collaborative approaches to strengthening Selfcare as a cornerstone of resilient healthcare systems. The Summit seeks to deepen conversations around the interconnected pillars of physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental, occupational, financial, and spiritual wellbeing, while inspiring practical actions that empower individuals and communities to take greater ownership of their health. The Summit will be chaired by His Royal Majesty, Igwe (Pharm.) Alexander Uzodinma Onyido, while the Keynote address will be delivered by Pharm. Olayinka Subair, FPSN, FNAPharm who are respected voices in healthcare leadership and setting the tone for two days of thought-provoking dialogue and collaborative learning.

The Summit is organized by Dr. Monica Hemben Eimunjeze FPSN, FNAPharm the Founder of D’Bio Wellness & Selfcare Hub, who will lead the gathering while reaffirming the organization’s commitment to building healthier communities through education, advocacy, innovation, and strategic partnerships.For the two days, participants will engage in panel discussions, interactive learning sessions, exhibitions, networking opportunities, and experience-sharing forums designed to provide practical solutions for individuals, institutions, and communities.

Expression Phase uses the power of music and creative expression to break that silence, encourage honest conversations, and make mental wellness an issue we all pay attention to. Expression Phase is a one-month creative campaign inviting rappers, singers, spoken word artists, poets, and all creatives to express themselves through the open verse of the official theme song. A space where voices are heard without judgment, and struggles, pain, grief, addiction, and lived experiences are shared through art.
