SOLUDO STORMS ANAMBRA EAST FOR GRAND FINALÉ RALLY, DECLARES APGA A FORTRESS AHEAD OF LOCAL GOVT ELECTIONS.

Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has declared that the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) remains an unshakeable political fortress in Anambra State, as the ruling party wraps up its campaigns ahead of Saturday’s local government elections.Addressing a massive, enthusiastic crowd of party faithful and residents during the grand finale ward-to-ward parade for the 15 wards in Anambra East Local Government Area, Governor Soludo emphasized that his administration takes democratic processes seriously by systematically mobilizing across all local government tiers.”This is a rally for the local government election coming up this Saturday. We are serious about the election, mobilizing all through the LGAs,” Governor Soludo stated. Continuing, “This is in the tradition of democracy, to tick all the boxes. Our local government system is working, and we are mainstreaming a model local government administration designed to achieve accountability, transparency, and sustainability.”Highlighting the tangible impacts of grassroots governance, the Governor noted that primary school teachers, healthcare workers, and public servants are paid as and when due. He also expressed profound gratitude to the people of Anambra East for their massive bloc votes during previous gubernatorial outings”The General election will take place in January and February next year, before then, we will unveil our presidential, senatorial, house of representatives, and house of assembly candidates,” Governor Soludo announced.

The grand finale rally featured powerful endorsements from major political stakeholders, executive cabinet members, legislative leaders, and community representatives who cataloged the administration’s sweeping developmental strides.The Mayor of Anambra East LGA, Mr. Ifeanyichukwu Chinweze, lauded the Governor for his continuous infrastructural support, road construction, the ongoing 70% completion of the strategic Otuocha market serving the Omambala region and Kogi State, and the restoration of lasting peace in previously warring communities.The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Tobechukwu Nweke, SAN, alongside the State House of Assembly Member representing Anambra East, Barr. Obi Nweke, noted that the community’s total rejection of opposition figures during past elections signals absolute loyalty to APGA, fueled by the administration’s free education, free antenatal, and free delivery policies.Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze, and APGA Senatorial Candidate for Anambra North, Senator Stella Oduah, reinforced that Anambra East will deliver a resounding victory on Saturday just as they did during the governorship elections, praising Soludo’s visionary economic blueprint.State APGA Chairman Barr. Ifeatu Obiokoye and National APGA Chairman Barr.
